What does Apartamento J4C do with my data?
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that all personal data provided by the User (both legal professionals such as lawyers, prosecutors, experts, and clients or potential clients) through this website will be incorporated and processed in files owned by OSBE Consulting, S.L. (hereinafter "Apartamento J4C") for the following purposes:
- Enable the provision of requested services.
- Keep you informed, including by electronic means, about news and events related to renting and services of Apartamento J4C, as well as products and services marketed both by Apartamento J4C and third parties related to the letting bussineses.
- Conduct satisfaction and quality surveys regarding the services of Apartamento J4C. These surveys may be directed to users and guests .
- Segmentation and profile creation for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes.
- Management of the services and applications provided by the Website to the User.
Legitimization: Consent of the interested party.
Recipients: Data may be transferred to other users to comply with the law regarding accomodation and additional services offered within the accomodation such as cleaning, food service, etc.
Rights: The user has the right to access, rectify, cancel, and delete their data or object to its processing, or to any of the purposes, as well as other rights. To do so, they can manage the data from their own account or by contacting us at Contact.
Prohibition of registration for minors
Minors under 14 years of age should not provide their personal data to Apartamento J4C without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. Please, if you are a minor, ask your parents or guardians to contact us first.
Apartamento J4C as the data processor
Apartamento J4C will be considered the data processor for all personal data belonging to the users and guests. In this regard, Apartamento J4C is obligated to:
- Not apply or use the personal data accessed for purposes other than the mere provision of contracted services, nor transfer them or even store them for others who are not authorized.
- Not subcontract the data processing to third parties without the prior express written consent of the users. In this regard, the users and guests authorizes Apartamento J4C to subcontract the data hosting with hosting providers always located within the European Economic Area.
- Maintain professional secrecy regarding the processed data, even after the relationship with the users and guests has ended.
- Adopt all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, applying the basic security measures contained in Real Decreto 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, or any legislation that may replace it.
- Transfer the obligations set out in this clause to the personnel that Apartamento J4C assigns to the fulfillment of the contracted services.
- Once the provision of the contracted services has ended, Apartamento J4C will delete all personal data it may have accessed from its information systems, as well as any support or documents containing any personal data subject to processing, except for the data that Apartamento J4C must retain for the periods set forth in applicable legal provisions or as long as responsibilities may arise from its relationship with the Users and Guests.
- Comply with any other obligations that may apply according to the current applicable regulations.
